Access to our Site
Every access to the internet offer of Lambion Clean Energy GmbH is saved in log files. These log files stores the following data for a limited time:
- Link / name of the retrieved data
- Date and time of retrieval
- Transferred amount of data
- Messages in case of failure or success
- Internet address via which the data was retrieved
The stored data will only be evaluated to optimize the website. The data is stored on specially protected internal servers. Access is only possible for a few specially authorized persons who are responsible for the technical, commercial or editorial support of the servers.
Statistics
In order to be able to generate statistical evaluations on the use of our website, we include the open-source analysis tool piwik/matomo (see www.matomo.org). The system is configured to automatically anonymize data, so we don’t process any personal data (in the term of GDPR). Third parties have no authority to take action. A transfer of the data does not take place.
Transfer of Personal Data
Data that has been logged when accessing our website, are only transmitted to third parties, as far as we are required by law or by court order or the disclosure in the event of attacks on Lambion Clean Energy GmbH for legal or criminal prosecution is required.
Protection of Minors
Persons under the age of 18 should not submit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or guardians. We do not request personal information from children and adolescents. We do not knowingly collect such data and do not share it with third parties.
Links to other WebsitesOur online offer contains links to websites of other providers. We check these regularly. We have no control over the compliance of these providers with the privacy policy. Once we become aware of any violations, we will remove such links within 24 hours.
