Biogenic residues and wastes: fuels for energy
Press release in "Müll und Abfall - Journal for waste and resource management 11/11. About Waste enjoy only a few industries, because to reduce it, for most manufacturing companies to save money. For organic waste the mind changed actually, because with the right technology can be produced steam, heat and electricity from fruit and vegetable peelings, cores or branches. The so-produced bio energy has great potential, they can contribute a large share to independent, decentralized energy supply and thus one put enormous contribution to climate protection. But this also requires a paradigm shift, because waste and residual materials that are in the future more raw materials or fuels than waste1. But which bio genic residues and wastes are eligible for the energy-energetic use in question and what technology is used for?
